To guarantee accident insurance coverage, it is essential to provide the full and correct name of each participant in the reservation form so that Robles Vásquez Tours & Transfer (RV Tours DR) can manage and ensure coverage under our insurance policy for each traveler.

2. Restrictions by Activity and Medical Conditions

Each tour has specific health and physical fitness requirements detailed in its description. When selecting an activity, carefully review the specifications for that activity, where medical or physical conditions that could make it unsuitable for you will be indicated. Adventure activities such as waterfall excursions, buggy/ATV rides, horseback riding tours and other similar activities carry inherent risks and may not be suitable for people with certain conditions, such as:

• Back, neck or joint problems.
• Recent surgeries.
• Pregnancy.
• Heart conditions, acute asthma.

3. Assuming Natural Risks

By participating in adventure activities in natural environments, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, despite our efforts to ensure the highest safety standards. By booking, you voluntarily accept these risks and confirm that you have assessed your physical and health condition to ensure that the activity is suitable for you and yours.
